Returns are accepted for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

To request a return, contact wearsbsshoes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed after inspection and are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

Items marked as final sale, used items, or damaged items not caused by transit issues are not eligible for refunds.
